Freshly Sportswear was founded in Finland in 2021 from my passion as a wellness professional and my love for activewear.

I often struggled to find pieces that truly matched my active lifestyle while making me feel confident, comfortable, and stylish. That inspired me to create a brand that celebrates women’s strength, both inside and outside the gym.

To me, wellness is more than a trend. It’s a way of life built on balance, confidence, and feeling good in your own skin. I believe activewear can be more than clothing. It can empower you to move freely, feel your best, and embrace every stage of your journey.
