Refund policy
You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of ordering receipt. The right of return only applies to those in the original packaging unused and salable products. Returns are free for orders made from Finland; for the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, you can register your return on your customer page in our online store. Once we have approved your return, you will receive instructions on how to make the return shipment.
We will check the condition of the products before processing the return. Please ensure the products are neatly packed in their original packaging for return. We do not refund products that are not in their original condition or if the return is initiated more than 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
We will refund your payment in connection with the refund process, using the same payment method you used to place your order.
If part of the order is returned and after the return the total amount of the order falls below the free delivery limit, we will deduct the delivery cost from the amount to be returned. Please note that failure to pick up your order is not a refund. We charge a 10 € handling fee for an undelivered shipment, which covers postage and shipment handling.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days of the terms of exchange and return to those parties. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be made immediately complaint to the post office.
